Corporation Procedure
- [Step 1] Cooperation Application
- The cooperation parties download the application form and E-mail it to TBD after filling in, or fill in online and click szahm@szahotel.com to send.
- [Step 2] Initial Consultation
- The Owner party briefs the project and sends the supplement detailed project background information, objective pictures and drawings of operation site, geographic position drawing as well as other information of the project required by our Company to Market Department of Shenzhenair Hotel Management Co., Ltd. in the form of E-mail or express mail.
- [Step 3] On-Site Survey
- For cooperation project that meets our Company ' s requirements for brand chain, we will arrange on-site survey as well as formal meeting as soon as possible, so as to collect complement project information and carry out project research and evaluation.
- [Step 4] Protocol Signing
- Representatives from Shenzhenair Hotel Management Co., Ltd. are responsible for delivering a feasibility report on project cooperation based on the specific requirements for cooperation mode from the cooperation party, and sign Hotel Cooperation Protocol after being approved by the cooperation party. The cooperation enterprise shall make the initial payment at the date of implementation.
- [Step 5] In-Site Preparation
- Shenzhenair Hotel Management Co., Ltd. will arrange the project preparation group and operation management group to enter the site and carry out work based on the cooperation mode and project progress, and provide assist in hotel project preparation including planning, designing and supervision, as well as operation preparation including purchasing, ordering, market promotion, recruitment, training and cultivation.
Shenzhenair Hotel Management think tank as well as expert consultant panel will also track each project item all through the process and carry out collective planning and revise operation plan, so as to ensure the cooperation project to meet the expectation from cooperation party as well as requirements of Shenzhenair Hotel Brand Chain.
- [Step 6] Project Trial
- In accordance with the requirements of the protocol signed by both parties, Shenzhenair Hotel Management Co., Ltd. will promise to achieve a steady and smooth operation trial by date, quality and quality at the premise that the cooperation party ensures the preparation fund, operation organization expense as well as timely pay the initial management expense.
