If you would like to join Flyers Club points award program, please read the terms and guidelines carefully.

 

Section I General Provisions

• All preferential contents, services, terms and conditions in the program apply to hotel.

• Shenzhenair International Hotel reserves the right to add, adjust, cancel or change preferential terms with or without prior notice.

 

Section II Effective Usage

• Flyers Club’s membership is limited to private ownership, not transferable.

• Please indicate your membership at check in along with your valid identification, so that membership points and exclusive privileges are offered to member him/herself. Please provide your membership for any meals/drinks consumption, membership and room card should be presented for free services in the hotel.

 

Section III Personal Information

• If you choose to join points award program of Flyers Club, by registering personal information to the hotel, you agree to the hotel’s internal use of your personal information for membership program and marketing purposes, as well as transferring/exchanging of the above personal data by the hotel for the above purposes.

 

• In order to ensure that members fully enjoy all the rights and benefits offered by the hotel, should any of the member’s information (address or contact information) change or need to be cancelled, please notify member’s center at the Shenzhenair international Hotel: +86 0755 8881 9999-6813.

 

Section IV Reward Points

• Business Class members accumulate 1 point for every 1 RMB spent on eligible rooms, and 1 point for every 5 RMB spent on eligible hotel purchase (meeting、event、tea break are excluded).

• Points generated in the current year are valid until the end of the third year.

• Consumption in the following circumstances are not effective for points accumulating: reservation through OTA (i.e. Expedia, Booking, Ctrip), complimentary rooms/meals/drinks, redemption of rewarded points, and reservations through travel agencies (i.e. individual rooms, meetings/tours, long staying rooms).

• Room points accumulating of Flyers Club is limited to room expenses only. Mini-bar, telephone, laundry services, compensation fees/cleaning fees (if any), and taxes are excluded.

• Points could only be accumulated in accordance with the actual amount of consumption by the member, points are only rewarded once even when booking multiple rooms.

• Any point’s redeemed consumptions could neither accumulate reward points nor enjoy any ongoing promotions.

 

Section V Validity and Qualification Conversion Procedure

• Validity:Business Class membership is a permanent membership, starting from the initiation date. Priority Class and First Class memberships are valid from the date of upgrading until December 31 of the next year.

• After joining Flyers Club points program, your membership would be upgraded to the Priority Class with an accumulative eligible 20 room nights in a calendar year, and the First Class with an accumulative eligible 50 room nights in a calendar year, valid from the date of upgrade until December 31 of the next year.

• Any guest who is upgraded to the Priority Class and or First Class enjoys more rewarded points and privileges, in the meantime, both of the above memberships would be downgraded accordingly if points/nights of the stay did not meet the requirement in a calendar year.

 

Section VI Membership cancellation

Under the following circumstances, Flyers Club may terminate the membership and revoke any unredeemed reward points accumulated by the member:

 

•Any action to the detriment of the Shenzhenair International Hotel Shenzhen, Flyers Club.

• Violation of the above Terms and Conditions;

• Members are in arrears on hotel charges;

• Misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Program;

• Any action to the detriment of the Flyers Club, Shenzhenair International Hotel;

• Violation of any national or domestic law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges;

• More than one active account of Flyers Club program;

• Any physical, verbal or written abuse towards hotel personnel;

• Commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Program;

• Member would like to terminate the membership voluntarily.

 

Section VII Right of interpretation

• All rights reserved by Shenzhenair International Hotel.
